When you quit an MNC (in the hospitality industry) as its chief and start a brand new company, your expectations of a brand are nothing short of the very best. While the name was already fixed, the client was extremely sure about what he wanted of his brand – one that would cater to meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions – in short the MICE segment but with an offering that was non-existent in the market. We created something that was not run of the mill and introduced intimate, bright, happy yet corporate colours that elevated the brand to a level the client expected. Needless to say the client was pleased.
Usually any event would leave people with wide smiles. If nothing else it would be memories and experiences that one would like to reminisce for a long time. This was the central thought and to make the brand stand out we introduced normal men and women into the brand. In fact a visiting card of a lady team member would be different from a man’s. In fact the client was so involved with the whole process that he convinced us to make a comprehensive brand guidelines docket that would help the brand in the coming months/years. Start small but start well, seemed his motto. And we can only nod in approval for we rarely come across such clients.
